You Own Your Stuff
Everything you create in our apps is yours. We do not claim ownership, do not use it without permission, and do not sell it.
We are Responsible
We commit to keeping the service running, and we hold ourselves accountable when something breaks or goes wrong.
Use It Right
Do not use the apps to break laws, harm people, or violate anyone else's rights. We retain the right to remove abusive users.
No Guarantees
The apps are provided as is. We do our best to keep them stable and secure, but we cannot promise perfection.
Terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our mobile applications and website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your Account
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Volt LLC apps offer a premium tier sold as an auto renewing subscription. The price, the billing period, and the free trial if one is offered are shown on the purchase screen inside the app before you buy, in your local currency. Nothing is charged until you confirm the purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one ends.
You can view, manage, or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings or in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you already paid for, and you keep premium access until that period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by whichever store processed the purchase, so refund requests go to Apple or to Google rather than to us. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and to keep your premium access in sync across your devices. We never see or store your card details.
If a subscription price changes, you will be told before the change takes effect and you will have the chance to cancel before you are charged the new amount.
Apps that sell physical goods are handled differently. Those orders are processed through Stripe rather than through in app purchase, and the shipping, cancellation, and return terms for an order are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Volt LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Volt LLC.
4. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Volt LLC.
Volt LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities or their websites.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Volt LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Volt LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; iii) any content obtained from the Service; and iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days of notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
